Due to ongoing boiler repairs, day and evening classes (and offices) held in some North Campus buildings will continue to be remote today, Tuesday, December 5.
Individuals invited to join the Alpha Alpha Alpha (Tri-Alpha) honor society for first-generation students must turn in their membership confirmation forms and dues by Wednesday January 4. Forms should be submitted to the Office of Student Success and the First Year Experience, 101A Dining Commons, North Campus.
- Identify as a first-generation college student (neither of your parents have completed a four-year bachelor’s degree
- Have completed the required number of credits: 30 for undergraduate candidates and 9 for graduate candidates
- Have earned the minimum required GPA:3.2 for undergraduate candidates and 3.5 for graduate candidates
- Complete the membership form and pay the one-time, lifetime membership fee (cost covers both national and local dues)
Students who did not receive an invitation to join the honor society but believe they qualify should email firstname.lastname@example.org.
