Godchild Derosena ’14, major: business accounting; minor: criminal justice

“My best experience at Salem State is being part of the multicultural student association. It has taught me how to be a leader and how to be more organized with my academic work.  I’ve also enjoyed working as an orientation navigator. I learned how to be an example to my peers and other people that live in my surroundings.”

I chose my major because I can see myself living in the business world today. I also plan on going back to my home country so I can establish a business that will help them. With my degree I was hoping that I would be able to work for a top business like Apple, HP, or a NGO, then further I could own with my own business.”
