Duties of Officers
President
- Lead membership in the its pursute of goals and objectives
- Delegate responsibilities
- Plan and run chapter meetings
- Make sure all proper paperwork is filled out and sent to
the appropriate Psi Chi offices
- Involve all members on committees and activities
Vice-President
- In absence of president, perform president's duties
- Serve as program chair for chapter and assist chairs of
committees
- Organize nomination and election of chapter officers
Secretary
- Record minutes of each meeting and make minutes available
to all members
- Keep a list of all committees of the chapter
- Compile list of e-mail addresses of all chapter members
- Notify all members and advisors of place and time of
meetings and other chapter activities
- Prepare all paperwork and ensure that it is sent on time
Co-Treasurer
- Maintain a notebook for chapter budgets and financial
transactions
- Verify information concerning Psi Chi funds, deposits, and
accounts
- Collect all fees and dues
- Pay all bills promptly
Web Master
- Maintain the chapter's website
- Make sure all material online is up to date
