Salem State College Republican Club
The Salem State College Republican Club goal to help inform the Salem
State college community about the principles of the Republican Party.
It also aids in the election of the Republican Candidates at all levels
of government. The club also encourages networking with other College
Republican Group across the Commonwealth. Meetings are held on Mondays
at 11:00 am in Room 219 Meier Hall. Contact number is Ext. 6455
Salem State Ski and Snowboard Club
The purpose of Salem State Ski and Snowboard Club is to provide activities
that relate to skiing and snowboarding for interested Salem State College
students. The club is open to skiers and snowboarders of all abilities.
The term "all abilities" includes people who have never skied
or snowboarded before but are interested in learning how to ski or snowboard.

Sociological Society
The purpose of this organization is to encourage interest among students
in the study of the workings and ramifications of society, to contribute
to the development of the Sociology Department at the College, and to
provide an opportunity for Sociology students to meet and interact with
their peers in a friendly and supportive environment. For more information,

S.T.A.R.T. (Student Action Resource Team)
S.T.A.R.T. is an organization whose purpose is to enhance an awareness
of the field of Social Services among students, and create a cohesive
atmosphere among students and faculty within the School of Social Work.

Sports Fitness & Leisure Studies Club
The Sports Fitness and Leisure studies Club is to create a sense of community
as well as provide funding and support for academic and social enrichment
within the Sport, Fitness and Leisure Studies Department. Meetings are
