Current Housing Availability
All Salem State undergraduate students who wish to live on campus are welcome to visit residence life to discuss space availability and options. Students who wish to live on campus must first pay a $225 deposit either at the bursar’s office or online through TouchNet (follow the links in Navigator). Once the room deposit is paid, students will be contacted by residence life to finalize a room assignment depending on space availability.
