The Biological Society is a registered Salem State group committed to the belief that the best way to learn about the world around us is to explore it. The Salem State Biological Society's goal is to provide hands-on experience and a deeper insight into the field of biology. All Salem State students are welcome to drop by our room any time. Members are allowed full use of the Biological Society's multimedia, which include three broadband-enabled computer systems, a pair of color printers, television with built-in VCR and DVD capabilities, and radio/CD-player. Also, the Biological Society offers an array of text books on various subjects relating to biology, chemistry and physics. Members will also benefit from many occasions to get to know the biology department faculty and staff.
The Biological Society is located on North Campus in Meier Hall, room 533. There's usually someone in the Bio Society's HQ during school hours, and they'd be happy to provide you with any information or answer any questions you may have about our group.
This group meets Mondays during community time (11 am).
