Freshman Senators
Joel Pipes
Joel Pipes is a freshman senator. He is currently working on his bachelor's degree for business administration. He is closely working on the 5k for disabilities awareness. Joel was also in the Marine Corps for eight years and is part of the Salem State University fraternity, Alpha Sigma Phi.
Rachely Noemi Ramos
Rachely Noemi Ramos is a freshman here at Salem State University. She is from Methuen/ Lawrence, but was born in Puerto Rico. She is a double major with social work and Spanish. Rachely joined the SGA, in her own words “to be able to help my peers at a more personal level and to be part of something that makes a change.” She claims, “The organization of SGA made me want to join.”
