Description: This workshop is designed for new and veteran teachers who are interested in creating activities that incorporate technology in addressing topics from Algebra through Calculus. Teachers will work in teams to develop standards based activities and investigations. Each week, various technological approaches will be presented and discussed. Time will be given to discussing lesson strategies and refining activities in progress. Guest speakers on various topics will be involved each week. The following technology tools will be presented throughout the six weeks: Cabri 2D and 3D, Autograph, TI-Graphing Calculators, SmartNotebook, and Microsoft Office tools.
Audience: Grade 9 through 12 Mathematics Teachers
