Students Jessica Herrick and April Rachel are the only two representatives from North America invited to Dili, Timor-Lest, International Youth Conference on nation building sponsored by the United Nations, the Royal Norwegian Foreign Ministry, and the Timor-Lest Ministry of Youth and Sport.
