Fitness/Wellness Concentration

The Fitness/Wellness concentration is designed to assist you in attaining skills and knowledge in the areas of fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Fieldwork can be done on-site at the SSC Wellness Center or at other commercial or corporate fitness sites.
