Athletic Training Major

Fully accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (AATE), the Athletic Training Education program is comprised of classroom education and clinical experiences that culminate with the graduate being eligible to sit for the Board of Certification exam. Successful completion of the program and passing the BOC exam meet the requirements for eligibility for state licensure, required for an athletic trainer in the Commonwealth.
