Are you looking for affordable housing options in the Boston area? Perhaps a venue that is unique, different, and easily accessible to Boston by car or public transportation? Perhaps you're looking to stay in a city with a small-town feel? Or perhaps you want a place with New England charm, restaurants, shops, and museums? Salem State College has all of this and more!

We offer a variety of housing options, whether your group is 3 people or 300, with economic packages to fit almost any budget. Full service linen, high-speed internet, local phone and cable is provided with all room fees. Our brand-new Central Campus Residence Hall, and the Bates Complex adjacent to Forest River Conservation area, both offer apartment-style housing. We also offer traditional-style residence hall accommodations, which are less expensive.
