DGCE TTVR

TTVR (Touch Tone Voice registration) can be used for Evening and Graduate registration only if you intend to charge your course tuition and fees on a credit card. It cannot be used to register for restricted or closed courses, Day classes, or if you plan to charge the bill to financial aid. You may not be able to register if you have never been registered at SSC before or if you owe a balance to the college.

Getting Ready

To complete an DGCE TTVR session, you will need to have ready:

• Your 7-digit student ID number
• Your 4-digit PIN, (if you do not have a PIN, you will be asked to enter your birth date i.e., 030781 for March 7, 1981, then you will be asked to enter a new 4-digit PIN for yourself)
• Your credit card information, including expiration date. We accept: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & American Express
• The 4-digit reference numbers listed in the Master Schedule, in parentheses, to the left of the section number for each course you wish to register

Forget Your PIN?

For security reasons you may wish to often change your PIN through the TTVR system. If you have forgotten your PIN, come to the Registrar's Office for help from:
8:30am-9:00pm Monday-Thursday
9:30am-5:00pm on Friday

A valid picture ID must be presented. Under no circumstances may PINs be given over the phone.

TTVR System Hours

Systems are available 24/7 EXCEPT for scheduled maintenance periods:

• Noon–4:00pm, Sundays
• 6:00pm-6:00am, Thursday following the 2nd Tuesday of each month
• 6:00-8:00am, 4th Thursday of each month

TTVR Registration Instructions

• Call 978-542-8100 to activate the TTVR System
• Select Registration
• Enter your 7-digit student ID number
• Enter your 4-digit PIN
• Follow the prompts to register for your course(s)
• When completed, take a moment to review your selections
• If correct, follow the prompts & enter credit card info. If you fail to pay in full now, the registration will not be processed
• After the close of a semester, as soon as the grades are posted, you can check them using TTVR.

Restricted Admission Courses

Admission to a restricted course is based upon verification that the student has fulfilled all prerequisites, usually determined by the Registrar's staff at the time of registration. A signed departmental permission form is required for MSW courses, internships such as those in Management, Fire Science, Marketing and special courses such as IDS199, and specific Nursing courses.
