Transcript Requests

Student records (official transcripts) are available on written requests from individual students
(following FERPA regulations). To expedite that process, students need to include:

• All names used while at Salem State College
• Social Security number
• Date of birth if courses were taken before 1982
• Date of graduation or dates of attendance
• Day, evening, summer, or graduate student
