Student Records & Registrar

Undergraduate Day Advising

Undergraduate day students cannot register without meeting with their advisor first. Your advisor will have your Advising/Registration Form, and will work with you to:

  • Discuss what courses you should take
  • Discuss your curriculum
  • Help you complete the "Major Course Requirements" and "Advisor Recommended Courses" sections of your Advising & Registration Form
  • Sign the form and give the pink copy back to you

The Registrar's Office will register you for the courses on the left side of your form, under the "Major Course Requirements" section.

You are responsible to register for the "Advisor Recommended Courses," on the right side of your form, during your assigned self-service registration appointment. You will need to use the 5-digit registration access code to register.

Please note that holds you may have on your account will block all course registrations until resolved.

Advisor Assignments

Declared Majors

Students with a declared major should make their advising appointment with their advisor as soon as allowed. For specifics, check with your Major Department Office or directly with your advisor prior to your Advising Day.

Undeclared

Students who are Undeclared have been assigned to an advisor and are to meet with that advisor. Advisor/Advisee assignments for undeclared students will be posted at: Dining Commons, Second (2nd) Floor.

Students should make their advising appointments with their advisors as soon as allowed.
