Degree Tracker Issue Reporting Form
Please use this form to report problems/issues encountered when reviewing the online Academic Advisement Report (Degree Audit Report). All submissions using this form will be sent to DegreeAuditSupport@salemstate.edu. Please be as specific as possible when explaining the issue. Please note that individual questions about a student’s academic requirements not related to issues with the advisement report will be forwarded to either the Advising or Registrar’s Offices as appropriate.
