Policies

Salem State College policy requires that all publications intended for external distribution have the written approval of the Office of College Relations before going through the production process.

Before production begins, please be aware that:

• You must include the College tagline, Educating you for life, somewhere on the piece.
• You must include the College logo. (Until October 2004, that logo will be the 150th logo; after October 1, 2004, we will revert to our regular college logo.)
• You must provide Publications with finished copy. You will then have ONE round of minor corrections/edits before your project goes to print. Any changes or edits beyond that point may adversely affect your project's delivery schedule.
• You will be asked to sign off on your project prior to printing, so please proofread it carefully. After signing off, any errors not corrected will be considered yours and not Publications'.
