Logging In For The First Time

Your USER ID: S + your student ID (eg. S1234567) "S" must be upper case

Your Password:

First 2 letters of your first name (lowercase)
+
First 2 letter of your last name (lowercase)
+
Your birthdate (mmddyy) = ffllmmddyy
OR
The last 4 digits of your social security number (9999) = ffll9999

Change Your Password

The first time that you login to Navigator you will be prompted to change your password. Your new password must follow the password rules. You will also be asked to setup your secret questions. This will make it easier for you to retrieve lost passwords.

Having Trouble Logging In?

Remember, your user name begins with a capital 'S' followed by your 7 digit student ID number. Your password is all lowercase, and follows the convention above. After 10 unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked and you will need to reset your password.
