5 pages double-spaced, maximum.

Submit a copy of the paper to Krishna Mallick, SB 203B-5.  Include a cover sheet with name, address, e-mail, phone number and title of the writing.  No identifying information should appear in the body of the paper.

Any Salem State College student is eligible to submit his/her writing.

PRIZE

$50.00 each, three prizes will be awarded, one from each category.

Winning articles/poems will be published in the peace institute newsletter.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE

Friday, march 21, 2003

Judging will be done by a faculty committee on the basis of literary excellence and relevant content to the theme of peace and social justice.
