NOT-FOR-CREDIT SEMINAR IN THE SPRING 2002 SEPTEMBER 11: CONTEXT AND CONSEQUENCES
The Peace Institute and the William H. Bates Center for International Affairs are co-sponsoring a not-for-credit seminar in the Spring 2002 semester on "September 11: Context and Consequences."
There will be two different sessions: · Mondays, from 4-5:30 in SB 305A · Thursdays from 11:30-12:45 in SB 105A.
The seminar will discuss readings from the anthology "September 11: Contexts and Consequences" edited by Misha Klein and Adrian McIntyre of the Department of Anthropology at the University of California at Berkeley.
You can order the reader directly from Copy Central, 2560 Bancroft Way, Berkeley, CA 94704; 510-848-8649; muji@copycentral.com . There will be two copies on reserve at the Salem State library. The reader costs $41.68, plus postage, if you order it yourself. It is worth it! But we are working on getting some here, if you want to wait and maybe get a lower price.
