• Increase marketing of eligible community leader inductee candidates
• Provide grant award specifically dedicated to a collaborative project
• Review the research fund and develop strategies for maximized awards and continued growth
• Recognize achievements through research utilization and clinical excellence awards at the chapter level
• Continue to support assemblies and conventions with a strong Eta Tau presence
