School of Nursing
The Nursing Major (B.S. Degree)
Our 4-year baccalaureate program is designed for high school graduates, transfer students, and applicants with non-nursing bachelor's degrees. You will earn a bachelor of science degree in nursing (B.S.N.), and you will be eligible to take the RN licensing exam.
The B.S.N. program provides a liberal arts education and will prepare you for entry into professional nursing, providing a sound foundation for beginning practice and advanced study. The curriculum is built upon a substantial foundation of arts and science courses. The baccalaureate degree requires 125 credits, with 55 credits required in the Nursing major.
All nursing students must adhere to all School of Nursing policies.
