12 - 12:45 pm Luncheon hosted by Beth Marshall, assistant vice president, human resources and equal opportunity, and Kristin Esterberg, provost and vice president of academic affairs
12:45 - 1:30 pm "Key Strategies to Implement When Faced with Difficult Conversations." A special discussion led by Elizabeth Suarez, a faculty member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution & Leadership Studies department at the University of Denver
1:30 - 2:15 pm Three session topics on opportunities under your nose, understanding mentorship and bud to boss
This conference is for our women professionals and will be hosted and facilitated by a number of talented individuals from throughout Salem State University.

7 – 9 pm That Takes Ovaries–Open Mic Night–Bold Females and Their Braven Acts! Come be a part of a live open mic with professional actresses and our students sharing their courageous acts!
