SPN380: Peer Tutoring

Students will learn and engage in distinct foreign language methodologies with emphasis on their application to a tutorial setting. Students may tutor individuals or groups or be placed in college foreign language classes as tutors, responsible for conducting intensive drill and review activities. Other responsibilities include designing tutorial activities; selecting, organizing, and presenting material; evaluating student progress and diagnosing student needs; and classroom management techniques. All activities are supervised by foreign language faculty.

Prerequisite: SPN 202 or equivalent.
