Study Abroad

If you want to learn ("acquire") a second language and learn about (and hopefully also "acquire") another culture, there is no substitute for studying abroad, the longer the better. It isn't as expensive as you may think and if you do it and you go with the right attitude, it will probably be one of the most enriching experiences of your lifetime.
