Employee of the Quarter Program

The Employee of the Quarter program is one that Salem State College is proud to have implemented. Employees of the Quarter receive a fifty-dollar American Express gift cheque. There will be a campus wide email announcing the Employee of the Quarter. They will also receive a letter from the president recognizing this accomplishment and a copy of this letter will be placed in their personnel file.

The employee must be a benefited, classified employee with at least two years of service. Please review the rules and regulations before submitting an official nomination form. The Selection Committee will be comprised of the past three Employees of the Quarter. The Selection Committee will originally be comprised of members of the Labor Management Committee.

Please keep an eye out for a good candidate to nominate for this award. What better opportunity is there to recognize those employees who deserve it?
