Federal Pell Grant

The Federal Pell Grant is awarded only to undergraduate students who have not earned a bachelor's or professional degree. This is a grant and does not have to be repaid. The U.S. Department of Education uses a standard formula to determine your eligibility for the Pell Grant. The maximum award for the 2006 - 2007 award year is $4,050. The College must receive the valid SAR or ISIR no later than June 30 of the award year, or the student's last day of attendance, whichever comes first. If the student leaves school or completes his/her program and the College does not have a valid ISIR, the student is not eligible for a Pell Grant, or other aid.
