Governance

A proposal may be submitted by any member of the college community to the Chair of the All-College Committee. For Curriculum submissions, please review the committee's procedures. The Chair of the All-College Committee will then forward the proposal to the proper standing committee(s) (Curriculum, Academic Policies and Student Life Committees). The standing committee is then responsible for approving or not approving the proposal. The standing committee will forward on its recommendations and approvals via approved committee minutes to the All-College Committee. The All-College Committee will approve or not approve the standing committee's recommendations and forward them on to the Academic Vice President. The Academic Vice President will then send his/her recommendations on to the president for final approval.
