Project PET (Para-Educators to Teachers)

A Title VII federally funded five year grant program which provided academic and financial support for bilingual paraprofessionals who sought bachelor's degrees and teaching licenses, as well as for new Bilingual and ESL teachers to work toward their Master's degrees and Professional licensure. This program ran from Oct. 1999 to Sept.30, 2004, and was extended until June 2006.
