Tools for Teaching Discussions
In Tools for Teaching, Barbara Gross Davis has compiled a rich compendium of 49 classroom-tested strategies designed to improve the teaching practices of all college instructors.

This book covers traditional practical tasks--writing a course syllabus, delivering an effective lecture--as well as newer, broader concerns such as responding to diversity on campus, using computer and multimedia technology, and coping with budget constraints.
