Text Related Services
We have a number of scanners and specialized software for working with text and images. We can scan text documents to Word for edting or to PDF for sharing.
Scanning Articles: The CTI has a HP Document Sender that will scan up to 50 pages, create a PDF, and e-mail it to you as an attachment. You can then upload the attachment to your WebCT course or print it for your class. We can help you determine if the article you wish to use needs copyright clearance and ensure that your use of it does not violate SSC policy.
Print Design: CTI maintains Adobe Designer, a professional page layout program. Designer pages can be output in multiple formats such as the web or print. Unfortunately we cannot offer assistance with this program! Please see http://www.adobe.com/products/indesign/features/ for additonal information
