CTI Semester Loan Laptop Application
The
form below is used to request a semester laptop loan. Laptop semester
loans are for one semester only. Laptops must be returned to Media
Services/CTI, Central Campus 152 at the end of the semester and before
semester break. Borrowing requires an SSC Library Card with barcode.
Responsibility for the laptop is to the barcode ID number of the
faculty member. CTI laptops are for integrating technology in the
classroom and will not be approved for distribution for use during a
faculty sabbatical or to replace a faculty office computer.If you are approved for a laptop, please allow 3-5 days for setup and sign out. |
