Quality Matters
The QM project was initially designed to assure institutions teaching within the Maryland Online system of the quality of each other’s courses.  QM now constitutes a consortium of over 100 institutions, 500 trained course reviewers and a list of almost 100 courses certified as quality online courses.  By participating in QM we gain access to the tools and processes to certify our own courses with the QM seal of approval.
