- Mid-point survey. Some of the questions are specific for the course in which it was used, but most are general. This survey is long and fairly comprehensive. I suggest trimming down to the specific components you are interested in. For example, I had an online discussion for tech questions, so I did not need the questions about technology. I knew where the problems were and asked students for suggestions throughout the course. Open discussions about navigation, instructions, technology solve a lot of problems. You can then concentrate on course content and activities in the online survey. I suggest SurveyMonkey for anonymous evaluations, call the CTI for more information.
