Salem State College students honored nationally for outstanding leadership

SALEM, Mass. - The following students were selected as outstanding campus leaders at Salem State College and will be named in the 2005 national edition of Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.
- John Michael Webber, Amesbury
- Laura Kat Mukania, Lynn
- Jennifer R. Maher, Marblehead
- Ryan Edward Cahill, Salem
- Kaitlin Mary Frasca, Salem
- Emelio Vernon, Salem
- Reiko Watanabe, Salem
- Toni-ann Bertolino, Revere
Students were recognized for their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success. They will receive awards for this honor at the Salem State College Student Leadership luncheon on Monday, May 2.
Published since 1934, the annual directory publishes the names of outstanding students who are selected by the campus nominating committees and editors. These students join an elite group of students from more than 2,000 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states, the District of Columbia and several foreign nations.
