Salem State College School of Business Students Awarded
Osram Sylvania Scholarships

SALEM, Mass. - Salem State College's School of Business and the Salem State College Foundation have announced the winners of the 2004 Osram Sylvania Scholarship Awards. Since 1979 Osram Sylvania has annually honored juniors and seniors in the School of Business who have achieved the highest grade point average in their concentration. The awards were presented at a breakfast reception for the winners, hosted by President Nancy Harrington and Acting Business Dean Douglas Larson. OSRAM SYLVANIA Senior Vice President of Communications and Human Resources Geoffrey Hunt was on hand to present each of the 15 students with a $750 scholarship for the academic year.

Accounting and Finance: Salem resident Kristen Rybicki; Peabody residents William Fouhey Jr. and Elizabeth A. Janelle; Danvers resident Maureen P. Powers; Quincy resident MaryAnne Wanyeri and West Brookfield resident Ainsley D. Randall.

Management: Marblehead resident Marie Hladikova; Medford resident Lisa M. Scalisi; Swampscott resident Michael C. Cassetta; Everett resident David M. Manganis; Peabody resident Patrick David Gilbert and Hampstead, N.H. resident Thomas G. McLinden.

Marketing: Salem resident Kanako Suzuki and Beverly resident Melissa Beth Servizio.

Operation Management/Management Information Systems: Salem resident Pavel Bukhovko.
