SALEM, Mass. - Pride Day 2003, the annual campus beautification campaign, is complete and Salem State College is ready for commencement exercises.

Over 100 college community members participated in the event which targets all the college campuses for a spring sprucing up. There were also volunteers from the campus community.

Pride Day has been in existence for over ten years. Each year the President of the college appoints a committee made up of college employees. In recent years, children from the local elementary school, Horace Mann School, located on the North Campus, members of the South Salem Neighborhood Association and tenants of the SSC Enterprise Center have been invited to participate.
