Over 200 take part in campus-wide cleanup

SALEM, Mass. - The 13th annual Pride Day at Salem State College took place Friday, May 10 as over 140 faculty members and administrators combined efforts with 65 students from the Horace Mann School to clean the college's four campuses.
"It's a way of getting ready for Commencement exercises," said Purchasing Director Evelyn Wilson, one of the organizers. "We want the campus to look its best for graduation."
Pride Day workers were treated to breakfast and lunch and received Pride Day 2002 T-shirts. There was also a raffle for a plant basket.
