Longus, a professor in the School
of Social Work at Salem State College for nearly 20 years, is the recipient
of this year's Martin Luther King Jr. Community Service Award. Professor
Longus received the award at a gathering of friends, family and colleagues
on January 29, 2001. "Professor Longus has done exceptional work on the subject of "Undoing Racism," said Associate Dean Arthur T. Gerald Jr., who made the presentation. |
