How To Get Your ClipperCard

All members of the Salem State College Community receive the first ClipperCard free of charge, a replacement fee $25.00 will be charged for a replacement ClipperCard if lost, damaged, or stolen.

Incoming Freshmen and
Transfer Students

Photos will be taken and cards distributed during Orientation Week. If you are unable to make it to an Orientation Session not to worry, the ClipperCard office is always staffed during posted Office hours. Total time needed to be spent at the ClipperCard office is just minutes to have your photo taken an the card printed.

Continuing Ed, Graduate and Certificate Students

The ClipperCard Office is fully staffed during business hours. Not sure what the hours are? Please call 978-542-2273. During the Academic Year we are open till 6:30 most of the week and have extended hours during the first few weeks of start up.

Employees

Employees that have been entered into the Employee Management System (EMS), can pickup their new ClipperCard at the ClipperCard office during normal business hours. Please check with your supervisor to ensure that you have been entered into the EMS. Total time needed to take photo and print card is under 5min.

Cardholder Rights & Responsibilities

All cardholders will receive a copy of the ClipperCard Rights & Responsibilities [PDF 48KB] when they pickup their card. This will also detail other aspects of the new ClipperCard program.
