ADEPT is Salem State’s alcohol and drug abuse prevention resource. Individual consultations and classroom presentations about substance use and abuse, stress and emotional health, are available.

- Classroom presentations specifically designed for the needs of the class, such as Criminal Justice, First Year Seminar, Marketing, Residence Life, & Athletics.
- Counseling for issues of test or performance anxiety, trauma, and stress
- Juvenile Diversion (for students involved with the Criminal Justice system)
- Peer Education (offering training and stress reduction retreats)
- Tobacco cessation (offered individually or in groups)

it will be discussed only in confidential staff and supervision meetings
