Online Course Policies
System Requriements
You will need access to the internet using Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, and e-mail address, and MS/Windows/Windows 95. Courses are not compatible with the Macintosh or the AOL browser.
Registration
You may register using any of the standard registration methods...mail, phone, fax or in-person. When we receive your registration, you will receive by mail, a USER ID and PASSWORD, as well as a complete set of detailed course descriptions, and instructions for accessing the course.
Refund and Withdrawal Policy
NOTE: Refunds for non-credit, online courses, are not granted for any
reason! Please read all course descriptions carefully to be sure you are registering
for the most appropriate course for you. Once you have registered
for the course you may discontinue study, but no refund will be granted.
