Gavriel Meirovich is an associate professor of management at Salem State University, Bertolon School of Business in Salem, Massachusetts. He has earned his PhD in management from Yaroslavl University, Russia. He teaches management courses both on undergraduate and graduate levels. He has published 15 papers in academic peer-reviewed journals. His research and consultant interests are in the fields of emotional intelligence; business ethics; total quality management applications; quality in higher education.
