Spring 2013 Theatre Productions
Man and Superman by George Bernard Shaw
April 11-April 21
Directed by William Cunningham
Jack Tanner, a wealthy radical thinker who is in love with himself and his desire to be an independent man, becomes the guardian of Ann Whitefield. When Tanner discovers that Ann is in love with him, he flees, but Ann stalks him into the vastness of time and space. Love follows him literally to hell and back. An unconventional love story wrapped around the philosophies and theories of Schopenhauer, Nietzsche and Darwin, this comedy of manners will make you laugh and think - sometimes simultaneously.
