Spiraling Journeys: Beneath, Inward, and Beyond
Paintings by Rebecca Plummer Rohloff

The spiral is an ancient motif that signifies a sense of unified wholeness regarding the pardoxes of human experience. Dr. Plummer Rohloff's new works are a meditation upon the qualities of impermanence and fluidity needed for sustaining this spiraling journey, and are achieved through an exploratory process of dropping and pouring liquid acrylics over mixed media collages in order to create spontaneous patterns.

Artist reception: Wednesday, October 19, 2 pm
