Alumni Association Awards
The Distinguished Alumnus/a Award recognizes an individual who, upon graduation from the College has distinguished him/herself and his/her alma mater.
The Elizabeth Williams Wade Award is presented to an individual who has made outstanding contributions to the College by his/her activities with the Alumni Association.
The Athletic Hall of Fame honors former athletes who performed at the highest level of intercollegiate athletic competition while at the College, and other individuals for their service to SSC athletics. Alumni and former athletes are eligible five years after their date of graduation.
The Outstanding Educator Award is sponsored by The Friends of the School of Education and honors alumni for their achievements and contributions to education and other individuals for their support of education and service to Salem State College.
The Outstanding Social Worker Award is sponsored by The Friends of the School of Social Work and honors graduates of the BSW and MSW programs.
Alumni Scholarships
Each academic year, Alumni Scholarships are available annually to undergraduate and graduate students that are relatives of an alumna/us. Congratulations to all of the recipients for the 2006-2007 year!
