Apply for Financial Aid for 2013-2014
Students wishing to apply for aid for the fall 2013 semester need to complete a FAFSA online. Financial aid is awarded based on when the FAFSA is received and a student’s file is completed. Salem State's priority deadline for filing the 2013-2014 FAFSA is March 1. More information about the financial aid process is available.
Alternative Student Loans
Private student loans, also referred to as alternative student loans, are great solutions to help you pay for college or graduate school if financial aid doesn't cover all of your expenses. Recent changes in federal regulations will affect alternative loan borrowers and the delivery of your loan funds to the university. Alternative loan polices and lenders information.
