If you have questions after reading the information, or wish to discuss your special circumstances with us, please call 978.542.6112 to make an appointment. We strongly suggest that you apply by March 15 to meet the April 1 priority deadline. For new students, financial aid award notifications are mailed in mid-April and continue on a rolling basis.Awards to returning students, graduate and evening students with completed files are mailed beginning in June, and also continue on a rolling basis.
Applying on time and with accurate information facilitates the review, award and disbursement processes. You are urged to track your financial aid status through your Navigator accounts to ensure that all required information is received by our office in a timely manner.
The financial aid staff is available year round to guide you in the financial aid process. Remember, as a financial aid recipient, you are the consumer. You have the right to ask questions, and to expect clear and complete answers. Student rights and responsibilities are listed under the financial aid section of the college catalog. If you are a new student, we welcome you to our college community. If you are continuing, we remain committed to helping you succeed.
Best wishes for a rewarding academic year.
Sincerely,
Mary S. Benda, director of financial aid
