Office of Administration & Finance

Welcome to the Division of Administration and Finance (A&F) at Salem State College. The role of A&F is to provide those services that enable the College to meet its central functions of teaching, research, and public services.

Financial services, including Account Payable, Bursar, General and Grants Accounting, Payroll and Budget and Institutional Research, direct budgetary controls for the college. Purchasing is responsible for the procurement of supplies and services as well as overseeing the operation of auxiliary services. Materials Management is responsible for the receiving and shipping operations, and the Facilities Department is responsible for overall maintenance and repairs for all buildings and grounds on campus.
