Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Mathematics

The MAT in Mathematics, a thirty-six (36) credit hour program which is to be completed within a six (6) year period, is available for either liberal arts graduates who wish to begin preparation for teaching mathematics at the secondary level or practicing teachers who desire to expand their understanding of educational process while increasing their formal education in mathematics and meeting state licensure mandates.
