About NOBELL Secondary

Project NOBELL Secondary is a Title III grant program funded by the US Department of Education. It's purpose is to empower mainstream Lynn Public secondary school teachers to understand the academic needs of their ELL students. Qualified candidates will participate in cohort fashion to complete a 36 credit Masters Degree in Teaching ESL program through the Salem State College Graduate School. This grant will run from Sept. 2007-2012; two cohorts will run successively.
